One of my friend was worried as he did not get the possession of his flat from the builder. His property was under renovation and re development project. it was completed and builder gave possession of all the flats to everybody except my friend. He expressed a concern and wanted me to help him to know When will he get the possession of the flat? He asked me the question on Friday 29th September 2017 in Mumbai (Goregaon) at 22:35. I thought to use ruling planets and hoary chart to know the same. I asked him to tell any random number from 1 to 259. The number that he gave me was 231. His builder had told him that he will get the possession in 10-12 days. So the incident is expected to take place within 10-12 days, but when?

I found that none of the planets was vakri which was a good sign. Rahu and Ketu were not seen in the Rashi of ruling planets hence Rahu and Ketu does not considered to be a part of ruling planet. Finally I considered the ruling planets were - Venus, Sun and Jupiter. Being a lord of the Lagna and present 2 times in the list of the ruling planets, Venus was considered to be more powerful.
as to see the transit of the moon in the Nakshtra of Venus I checked Panchang and found that Moon's transit will take place in Bharani nakshtra of Venus on October 8, 2017. Hence I came to the conclusion that my friend should get the possession of the flat on October 8, 2017.
